Course Description

Google Classroom has quickly become one of the most popular digital tools in education. This workshop will help teachers understand how Google Classroom can be used to support student learning in their own classroom. Participants will be provided with an overview of the tool, a classroom simulation so participants can experience the student side of things, and development time. By the end of this workshop, participants will have their own Google Classroom course(s) that they can use next school year.

Andrew Steinman


Andrew Steinman is an Educational Technology Consultant at Kent ISD. His primary responsibilities focus on helping educators integrate technology into curriculum and managing Kent ISD’s online professional learning courses. In 2015, Andrew was named Outstanding Technology Using Educator of the Year by MACUL.
