EDGE - Event Planning
Are you responsible for planning and arranging your department’s events? Whether your events are big or small, this session will help you become the event planning expert and “get it done.” The Conference and Events Office will explain the process of reserving a room that fits your needs and provide some helpful tips for basic event planning. You will also learn how to request a room on your own through our virtual reservation system. Dining Services will discuss the preparation and planning steps needed to efficiently place your catering order and complete the required paperwork. We’ll also review the menu options we have available to meet any event’s needs and let you know who to contact for your orders.
