Emma Harris; Natalie Heinrich
Emma Harris is a registered behavior technician and behavior coach with CASE. She has been a part of CASE’s instructional support team for 3 years. Previously, Emma worked in a structured early childhood classroom in district 41 for 4 years. Within the structured classroom Emma worked with students with behavioral challenges, Autism, ADHD, and other related health impairments. As an RBT and behavior coach at CASE Emma has gained a great deal of experience working with and training paraprofessionals, teachers, and other team members on how to properly implement individualized behavior plans. Emma enjoys working as a team to help the most significant students succeed.
Natalie Heinrich is the Administrator of Low Incidence Services for CASE. Prior to CASE, Natalie was in District 93 for 20 years. Her first 6 years were spent as an 8th grade math teacher and the last 14 she served as an assistant principal in multiple buildings. Throughout her time in D93, Natalie had been afforded the opportunities to work with a variety of students and staff ranging from early childhood to middle school. She holds an LBS1 endorsement and spent most of her Assistant Principal years facilitating the Special Education Teams and pushing for inclusive practices. Natalie has the great support of her friends and family, which include her husband, Randy, and two children, Nicholas (15) and Gianna (12).
Free of charge for CASE member districts and staff (Districts 15, 16, 41, 44, 87, 89, 93).
$100 for the training for all other registrants. Materials are included unless otherwise noted.
