Presenter(s)

Jen Tate is currently a Instructional Support Team Coach for CASE.   Jen started as a school social worker for 5 years in a therapeutic day school.  Enjoying work with more challenging populations of students, she returned to school and became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.  Jen has spent the last 5 years as a behavior specialist, collaborating with teams to develop interventions for challenging students in both general and special education programming and providing professional development to increase teacher and student success.  Jen loves to problem solve situations and encourage educators to think outside the box.

Natalie Heinrich is the Administrator of Low Incidence Services for CASE.  Prior to CASE, Natalie was in District 93 for 20 years.  Her first 6 years were spent as an 8th grade math teacher and the last 14 she served as an assistant principal in multiple buildings.  Throughout her time in D93, Natalie had been afforded the opportunities to work with a variety of students and staff ranging from early childhood to middle school.  She holds an LBS1 endorsement and spent most of her Assistant Principal years facilitating the Special Education Teams and pushing for inclusive practices.  Natalie has the great support of her friends and family, which include her husband, Randy, and two children, Nicholas (15) and Gianna (12).
