Hearing Itinerants from far and wide are invited to a collaborative learning team meeting. Please send suggested discussion topics to Mindy Long at Our February 26, 2018 meeting will include a short demonstration and Q&A from CaptionAccess. At our December 2017 area-wide itinerant meeting Supervisor Jim Knauf of the Department of Rehabilitation Services (DRS) provided an overview of their services. At this meeting DRS - DHH representatives for DuPage and Cook Counties are invited to explain procedures specific to their offices and answer itinerant questions. Additional topics will be discussed. Bring resources and announcements to share. Let's take this opportunity to learn and collaborate!

CASE Itinerant Services provides the unique opportunity for hearing itinerants to collaborate as a learning team. We currently have a team of 16 hearing itinerants including veteran, moderately experienced, and new teachers.

About Us

The Cooperative Association for Special Education (CASE) is a joint agreement between Marquardt School District 15, Queen Bee School District 16, Glen Ellyn School District 41, Lombard Elementary School District 44, Glenbard Township High School District 87, Community Consolidated School District 89 and Community Consolidated School District 93 in DuPage County. CASE provides varied supports so that each member district can offer a complete range of services to students with special needs between the ages of 3 and 22 years.
