The annual performance review should be the culmination of a year's worth of setting clear expectations, goal setting, feedback, and coaching. In this 90 minute training, we'll explore how to properly evaluate performance to encourage employee growth and engagement as well as how to properly fill out the Performance Management Outline form.
You are welcome to bring your lunch to this session.
This session is a part of the year long New Supervisor Onboarding curriculum. To register, you must have attended a New Supervisor Orientation.
If spots are available once registration is closed, remaining seats will be opened to those who have not attend a New Supervisor Orientation.
