This course surveys Amrican history through artifacts, exhibits and mouments. The course includes outside assignments. Assignments will be given to students on the first day of the course. Successful completion of the course requirements will earn the student 20 hours or 2 CEU’s. The course will begin at the Smithsonian Castle (see link for directions below) Course dates April 23 and 24, 2016. On site check-in begins at 1:30pm on April 23, 2016. This course involves walking, standing and visiting different Smithsonian Museums.
