Exploring Screen Recording

Have you ever needed to capture what’s on your computer screen? Do you need to make short tutorials to share with others? We will share uses of this technology as well as a variety of tools, both Mac and PC. From free tools (Quicktime, Jing) to technology Colgate has adopted and supports, come and explore the potential of Screen Recording technology. This session will incorporate instructor-led demonstration and participation using some of the tools.

 

 


Session Outcomes

At the completion of this workshop, participants will be able to:

  • record what's on their computer screen

  • edit

  • share their files

Anyone wanting to explore screen recording software and its uses
