Developing Effective Mentoring Programs for Early Career Faculty

Description

A panel of campus leaders will discuss the features of their mentoring programs and how they actually work. The CFE will share preliminary results from its survey of mentoring practices across campus.

Lunch will be provided. We cannot guarantee a lunch for anyone who registers less than 24 hours before the event.

David Kiel, CFE Leadership Coordinator, will moderate the panel (kiel@email.unc.edu).

Prerequisites:

There are no prerequisites for this workshop. Faculty members interested in this panel may also want to consider registering for one or more panels in the Series on Faculty Mentoring offered 9/28, 10/26, 1/25, 2/22.
