Creating Effective Assignments

|Assignments can create the opportunity for deep learning when students use the material covered in class to practice the processes of professional engagement in the discipline in a structured context. Students can also benefit from the feedback provided by the teacher and/or their peers when assignments are reviewed. This workshop will cover the basics of assignment development, use, and evaluation that result in effective assignments.
