|To be successful in grant writing today, you must create successful research teams—usually across disciplinary boundaries. This workshop explores the strengths and weaknesses of the team approach and helps participants prepare for the special opportunities available to those willing to work together. Topics include team building, developing common goals, selecting the principal investigator, working out power relationships, and planning and writing proposals by committee.
Presenter: Robert P. Lowman, Associate Vice Chancellor for Research and Research Professor of Psychology.
