Lunch and Learn: Nutrition on a Budget

This presentation teaches a lot of lost techniques used to save money with the current food you are buying and employs new ideas on healthy choices to help make ends meet for your body as well as your waistline. Topics that are covered are shopping strategies, cost saving techniques, planning, waste reduction, selection and preparation of healthy foods that are worth every penny.
About the presenter: Victor Geremia, BS, CSCS -
Vic presents nutritional programs for IMPACT Solutions. He received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Toledo in Sports Medicine in 2004. This five-year program entailed education and extensive hands on clinical experience in exercise science, physiology, and athletic training. He is a licensed Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), and a member of the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), the worldwide authority on strength and conditioning. He has worked with professional and collegiate athletes to prepare them for competition, and has moved into the corporate arena to implement an employee wellness initiative. Victor is currently the Head Fitness Professional and Director of Nutritional Development and Programming at Health 360 in Mayfield Village, Ohio. He has presented for numerous local corporations on several health and wellness topics that reflect his overall professional philosophy and passion for a healthy lifestyle.
