Total Body Toning at SRWC
Time: 12:15 p.m. to 1:00 p.m.
Location: Student Recreation and Wellness Center, Studio I
This class helps boost your metabolism by incorporating strength and cardio segments using equipment such as dumbbells, body bars, and bands, for a total body workout. This class will be offered every Monday for the Summer semester.
