Do you have trouble Achieving Personal Balance when you are juggling home, work, friends and personal downtime? This motivational seminar will provide valuable guidance which you will find exciting and encouraging ways to set your physical, mental and emotional goals and why these realistic and achievable goals are important.
About the presenter: Ken Knox, PhD. - Ken has been teaching and studying human accomplishment for over twenty years. Ken Knox earned his PhD in Management and Organization and in addition to his motivational public speaking and consulting, he teaches at several colleges and universities at the baccalaureate and masters level. His book, Carpe Diem – Simple Strategies to Move from Average to Extraordinary, was published in 2008 and is used as a primer for success by organizations and individuals throughout the United States.
