Lunch and Learn: Renew, Refresh, Respond: Self-Care Tips for the Family Caregiver

As a family caregiver you may find yourself being pulled in many directions. Between work, family and other obligations tending to your own self-care just doesn’t happen. Join us for a self-care experience that will renew your energy, refresh your ideas about self-care and allow you to respond to your caregiving experience from a renewed perspective.
About the presenter: Michelle Cameron Bozeman, RN, BSN, HNB-BC -
Michelle Cameron Bozeman has provided support and training for family caregivers through federally supported grants. Incorporating her training as a board certified Holistic Nurse and her passion for wellness she brings unique ways of integrating easy and effective self- care techniques into your daily life. As a holistic nurse coach, she supports family caregivers in creating effective ways to navigate the experience of caregiving while maintaining personal balance.
