Course Tuition: CDM Alumni receive a 10% discount on listed tuition for all Continuing Education (CE) courses. Alumni graduating within five (5) years prior to a course receive a 20% discount. CDM faculty and staff receive a 50% discount on listed tuition rates. Retired alumni not requiring CE credits may audit courses at no charge, dependent on space availability.
Registration: Payment can be made by check or credit card. Registration may also be done by telephone at (212) 305-7124 or via fax at (212) 342-5179.
Course Location: Most CE courses and some alumni event are generally held at Columbia University Irving Medical Center, except where indicated. Specific room location and parking information will be provided in a confirmation email upon receipt of course/event registration. Several parking garages are located in the neighborhood, and a list may be provided upon request.
Cancellations and Changes: Refunds are granted only if notification is received at least three business days / 72 hours prior for a one day or 1/2 day lecture course. Cancellation of a course will result in a refund or credit. Cancellation for larger courses such as the Implantology Continuum, Part 1 require a request in writing three weeks prior to the start of the course and will result in an administration fee on the deposit. Once the course starts no refunds are given. Tuition for no-shows are forfeited. We cannot assume responsibility for losses due to participants' travel arrangements.

Course Structure & Requirements: The majority of CE courses are lecture format and are open to generalists, specialists, and dental hygienists/staff. CPR recertification courses require prior CPR recertification.

ADA CERP is a service of the American Dental Association to assist dental professionals in identifying quality providers of continuing dental education. ADA CERP does not approve or endorse individual courses or instructors; nor does it imply acceptance of credit hours by boards of dentistry.
