Find the perfect camp, your child will make new friends, learn new skills, discover and grow!


Your registration will be confirmed by e-mail. All camps take place on the K-State Salina campus. The confirmation email will contain campus map showing you where to check in.

Fees and Payment
The registration fee includes all program materials and snacks.
All fees must be paid before the camp registration deadline.
Make checks payable to Continuing Education. The address is listed below.
If paying by credit card call our office at 785-826-2633.

Refund Policy
A full refund, less a $20 processing fee, will be made if a cancellation is received before the camp registration deadline. After the deadline there are no refunds. The Continuing Education office reserves the right to cancel or postpone any camp because of insufficient enrollment or other unforseen circumstances. If a program is cancelled Continuing Education will refund registration fees but cannot be responsible for other costs, charges or expenses.

ACI Concrete Strength Tester Quiz Out/Recertification - May 5, 2015 - 5/5/2015 9:00 AM

This course is required by the Kansas Department of Transportation for persons who perform compression and flexural strength testing on concrete in order to meet design specifications. The Quiz Out/Recertification option allows a person to take the written and performance exams for initial certification or for recertification without attending class. This option includes the written and performance exam and the ACI Concrete Strength Testing Technician workbook.

Aggregate Field Class - May 6-8, 2015 - 5/6/2015 10:30 AM - 5/8/2015 5:00 PM

This course is required by the Kansas Department of Transportation for persons involved with aggregate field testing. The class fee includes the workbook, classroom instruction, hands-on practice, the written exam and performance exam, parking permit and refreshments. Prerequisite: Pass Basic Math exam at least 30 days prior to class date.

Discover the world of aviation through this exciting program. Learn about aviation topics and complete hands on projects with the K-State Salina Flight Team. Program highlights include practice flying in a simulator; tour an air traffic control tower; see the K-State Salina aircraft fleet. Program is for students entering 3rd-5th grade.
Aviation Fixation 2.0: A Day in the Life of a Pilot - 6/22/2015 8:00 AM - 6/24/2015 12:00 PM
Experience the life a pilot and enhance your aviation knowledge with the K-State Salina Flight Team. Program highlights include flight planning, including use of aerial maps and meteorology; pre-flight check of aircraft; fly in a K-State Salina plane. This program is for students entering 6th-8th grade.
Basic Math Exam - May 12, 2015 - Hutchinson - 5/12/2015 9:00 AM - 10:00 AM
Basic Math Exam - This is a prerequisite for most of the certified KDOT classes. It must be completed and passed at least 30 days prior to the start date of the class. Math exam requirements will be waived for individuals who are licensed Professional Engineers or Intern Engineers, or have passed the Engineer in Training Exam or the Fundamentals of Engineering Exam. Individuals must provide a copy of their Professional Engineer license, Intern Engineer Certificate or certificates that they passed the Engineer in Training or Fundamentals of Engineering Exams in order to be granted the waiver. Certificates need to be submitted at least 2 weeks prior to the class they wish to attend. Submit by emailing to profed@k-state.edu or fax to 785-826-2632.
