A Personal Renewal Group (“PRG”) is a safe, nurturing space for mothers of all ages to re-connect with who you really are. Tai Chi Slow Set
Learn how to practice the traditional 108 movement Yang Tai Chi form that has been described as the equivalent of doing acupuncture on yourself. Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction
Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is a powerful program that teaches you how to live directly with your moment-by-moment life experiences in an open, honest and affirming way. MBSR training provides proven means for discovering and strengthening your ability to cope with emotional and physical stressors and discomforts. Modeled on the world-renowned program devised at UMass Medical School, MBSR instruction teaches you how to be fully present to both the difficulties and joys of life. A commitment to daily mindfulness meditation practice is required in order to make this program successful for participants. FREE pre-class orientation is required for participation. Includes an all-day 7-hour weekend day class between Class 6 and Class 7. What people are saying: I have experienced the power of being present in the moment. Orientation to Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction

Sustaining Mindfulness and Compassion in Relationships
Many of us have dipped into the calm and peaceful benefits of a mindfulness practice. Much of our daily life is spent in relations; work, personal and family. Compassion is a key element of mindfulness in the flow of stressful or pleasant connections. Junior Iron Chef
The mission of the Jr Iron Chef is to empower students to develop healthy eating habits through the use of whole local foods. With the help of a Certified Health Coach the students develop recipes, learn basic cooking techniques and explore in-season, local, healthful foods, like local arugula, beets and Brussels sprouts and many more.
