Mental/behavioral health practitioners and school nurses who support General Education students will learn about Caring for Students (C4S) which allows for increased access to services for medical or mental/behavioral health needs. Staff will learn how to complete a Plan of Care and understand the associated documentation requirements for available funding streams. We will review sample documents, discuss how to get started, and answer questions related to mental/behavioral health and nursing services.
