Course Description

Attendees will be able to identify the required components of B-13 while developing best-practice skills in the development of a comprehensive Transition plan that thoroughly addresses a student's individualized needs in the areas of post-secondary training/education, employment, independent living, and community access. Additionally, attendees will be able to develop connections with Kent County community agencies in order to gain a better understanding of transition services available to young adults with disabilities in their local communities.
