Course Description

Are you a new special education teacher, related service provider, or administrator who is looking for guidance on how to write meaningful and compliant IEP's using MiPSE? During this hands-on training, you will learn how to log into MiPSE, navigate the system, build a caseload, and create and edit documents. Topics that will be covered creating the following documents: · Invitation · IEP · REED · Eligibiity · Transfer of Student Placement · Creating Revision/Amendments · Worksheet B · Documentation in Service Capture · Tips for Caseload Processes · Caseload Management

Important Note: Please contact your special education director and special education administrative assistant to create a MiPSE account. Prior to the workshop, please sign-in to your MiPSE account. You will be required to electronically sign a FERPA agreement and reset your password when first logging in to MiPSE.
