MSTEP will collect baseline data for science this year as it officially rolls out as an operational test. Michigan Department of Education has challenged schools to change just 5% of an assessment to get a feel for what it takes to construct 3 Dimensional assessments. Bring a team of teachers in your content (or on your own) and a current assessment/set of assessments to make a shift towards 3D. Formative and summative assessments are both welcome. Walk out of the work space with an assessment, or part of an assessment, to try in your classroom.
