Course Description

Kent TAN provides a place for representatives from community agencies and schools, that serve individuals with special needs, to share information, learn from each other, coordinate their efforts and find ways to have greater impact together on improving postsecondary outcomes for students. The Network meets four times a year to identify barriers, share successful practices, discuss innovative ideas and set goals. Each meeting will have a Transition area focus, however agency participation is needed at each meeting.
