This offering has been created to help educators learn about ways to use mindfulness practices to help cultivate their own wellness. Wellness has come to the forefront of education as it relates to staff, students and community. This mindfulness series provides examples and knowledge of formal and informal mindfulness practices that can be used throughout our daily lives. Each module will provide participants with a different type of practice and how to use it both for their own personal wellness while also providing examples on how you could use this in the school community.
