Authentic engagement is the key to creating students who will be lifelong readers. The work students do in the classroom must be relevant and the design of our reading workshops must be purposeful. Together, we will learn and practice strategies that influence students to better understand tools that help them comprehend and maintain strategic behaviors as readers.
