WVEC is offering a new option for Principals and Assistant Principals: The Principal and Assistant Principal Academy – Group 1. The cost to join and participate in the Principal and Assistant Principal Academy – Group 1 is $695 for the year. This amount includes:
August 30 & 31, 2017 – School Improvement Planning Boot Camp (Daniel Bundridge and Jennifer Kwiatkowski)
September 28, 2017 – The Most Powerful Solutions for Eliminating Chronic Disruptive Behaviors (Kevin Dill)
October 13, 2017 - Providing Effective Evaluations and Feedback (Abbie Hayden)
November 7, 2017 – Preparing Post Millennial Students for Leadership (Jim Kestner)
January 10, 2018 – Evaluating High Quality Math Instruction: A Day for Administrators (Ryan Flessner)
March 9, 2018 – Critical Conversations with Your Staff that Guide your School's Mission (Conclusion)
Each session will be held at WVEC from 9:00-3:00 with lunch on your own, however plan to arrive at 8:15 for coffee and donuts and to network with other Principals and Assistant Principals participating in the Academy.

WVEC CANCELLATION POLICY:
* Registrants who notify WVEC of their cancellation on or before the registration deadline date will not be required to pay the registration fee.
* Registrants who cancel after the registration deadline but before the workshop date or call to cancel on the day of the workshop will pay 50% of the registration fee.
* Registrants who neglect to call or notify the WVEC of their cancellation will be responsible for paying the full fee.
* On official school corporation weather-related cancellation days, registrants will not be required to pay registration fees.
*Cost of all workshops are based on membership in an Indiana ESC. Any registrants who are not members of an ESC in the state of Indiana will be required to pay the non-member fee of twice the amount of the workshop cost.
