Recently teachers are having to find ways to prepare students for new generation standardized tests, all with no training or resources. With this, teachers are tasked with creating activities for their classes that increase the depth of knowledge (DOK). This is no small task for today's teacher. Come join the fun as we learn how to create new ways to engage students in your math class and create a larger discourse built around math. This workshop will include technology enhanced activities as well as paper-and-pencil items you can use the very next day. Presented by Kyle Kline.
Kyle Kline is the Math Curriculum and Technology Integration Specialist at Delphi Community Jr.-Sr. High School. He is a member of the EdTech Heroes and loves everything there is about education technology, including drones, 360 cameras, Google Cardboard, and Twitter.
