Mindfulness is friendly awareness of the present moment. It can plant seeds of calm and joy, identify invasive weeds that the mind gets caught up in, and grow flowers of steadiness, delight, kindness and connectedness with the natural world.

Come explore with step-by-step guided mindfulness practices for beginners, presentations, and question-and-answer sessions, with time in the garden and practical tips to take with you. All are welcome.

Please preregister; space is limited.
