Nature Journaling in the Garden
with Jane Eckenrode, Artist and Exhibit Designer
Date: Saturday, October 7, 2017 from 1:00 PM to 4:30 PM
Bring your favorite journaling supplies outside into the Garden to observe what blooms late in the year, what fruits are on the plants, and what we can learn about seed dispersal. Improve your drawings though demonstrations and practice with portable drawing materials and techniques, whether you are just getting started, want to add visual notes to a nature journal, or simply enjoy drawing what you see outdoors. We’ll spend much of the session outdoors so dress for the weather!
Inclement weather date: Saturday, October 14. Fee: $38 (NCBG Members $34)
