He will share some of his favorite times and places to visit and photograph and learn about the fascinating plant and animal communities that make this native plant wonderland so special.

About the Speaker

Mike Dunn is the NCBG Natural Science Educator. He has worked for 32 years with the State of North Carolina as a naturalist/educator – 8 years with the NC Division of Parks and Recreation and 24 years with the NC Museum of Natural Sciences. Mike has designed and conducted hundreds of workshops on natural history, throughout the state and beyond, on subjects ranging from wildlife to wildflowers.
