About the presenter:
Amanda is from Castalia, NC. She served five years in the U.S. Navy as a Quartermaster First Class based out of Sasebo, Japan. She earned her M.S. in Plant Biology from NC State University and authored the Vascular Flora of Buxton Woods. Amanda is currently the Conservation Botanist at NCBG.
