How has COVID-19 affected your personal and work life? This New York Nurse details her experience during the COVID-19 pandemic in caring for patients, starting a nursing program and graduating from a DNP program. Learn strategies you can use to implement in your life.

  • Identify the leadership skills needed during challenging times.
