Learn more about ways to prevent, treat, and possibly reverse many chronic diseases through Lifestyle Medicine.
Define Lifestyle Medicine and understand the relationship between Lifestyle Medicine and Chronic Disease
Identify lifestyle changes that you can make to prevent, treat, and possibly reverse chronic diseases
Examine health and wellness coaching strategies for empowering people to make healthy lifestyle choices
Explore ideas for incorporating lifestyle medicine programs into worksite wellness programs
