Course Details

This course is a 16 week hybrid that meets about every other week in person, the majority of your coursework will be completed online. Students will come to campus weekly from 5-8pm to complete hands-on skills and participate in class activities and discussions. The class will require approximately 10 hours of reading and online assignments per week. Students will complete 40 hours of externship. Externships will be discussed and assigned during the first couple weeks of class. The class holds a max of 12 students.

Class 15 April 23 Turn in Clinical Log, in-class review

Application Components

To be considered for the Pharmacy Technician program you must complete the online application, pay the $25 application fee, submit a personal written statement and submit your official high school transcript and official transcripts for any colleges attended, if applicable.

 

Official transcripts can be emailed to pd@methodistcollege.edu or mailed to Nebraska Methodist College, ATTN: Div of Professional Development, 720 N 87th St, Omaha, NE 68114.

 

Please be prepared to upload a document with your written statement addressing these 3 questions. Each question should have a 1-2 paragraph response utilizing proper grammar and spelling.
