Methodist Health System employees who provide their employee ID number on the registration form may take this course at no cost. NMC Alumni who provide graduation year and last name at graduation may take this course at no cost. NMC students can attend at no cost but do not receive CE.
Physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, nurses, respiratory therapists, radiologic technicians, dosimetrists, and other healthcare providers interested in cardiovascular care.
This program will provide current information and evidence-based guidelines that will enhance clinical and professional practices related to the care of patients with pulmonary disease. Topics include vaping dangers, Live on Nebraska Organ Recovery and other pertinent pulmonary education!

Nurses: 3.75 contact hours awarded. MW MSD Provider Approval #NE1022-1. Nebraska Methodist College Professional Development is approved as a provider of nursing continuing professional development by the Midwest Multistate Division, an accredited approver by the American Nurses Credentialing Center's Commission on Accreditation.
Physicians: Nebraska Methodist College Professional Development is accredited by the Nebraska Medical Association to provide continuing medical education for physicians.
Nebraska Methodist College Professional Development designates this live activity for a maximum of 3.75 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s)TM. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
Dosimetrists: This activity has been approved by the Medical Dosimetrist Certification Board (MDCB) for 2.5 total credits if the attendee is present for all sessions. Participants must provide their CMD ID# to the conference organizer.
Radiologic Technology: American Society of Radiologic Technologists Department of Education reference #NED0031002 has approved this program for 4.5 Category A credits.
Respiratory Therapists: This program meets the continuing education criteria for 3.75 clock hours for Nebraska Respiratory Care Practitioners.
Education Credit: 3.75 Education hours. Nebraska Methodist College Professional Development assigns education hours based on 60 minutes of classroom instruction for each offering. Participants may use these for their professional continuing education hours and toward re-licensure if so approved within the standards and guidelines of their discipline.
