Nurses and other health professionals that want to learn more about newer GI procedures.


Details

There are new procedures that are being used in the GI lab and this program can explain them. Learn more about endoscopic ultrasounds, stenting in the intestine, anatomy of the intestinal tract and more!

 

Program Objectives:

  • Review correct procedures for administering bowel prep
  • Discuss the benefits of endoscopic ultrasound
  • Recognize when intestinal stenting should be used

 

In order to receive continuing education hours for this event, you must meet the following completion requirements:

  • Attendance at the entire activity
  • Completion/submission of evaluation form within 30 days of the program
