Class will be held 10/18, 10/25, & 11/1 from 6-9 PM
This childbirth preparation class is taught by a Lamaze Certified Childbirth Educator and provides parents-to-be with information and tools to successfully manage labor and birth.
Learn about preterm labor, the stages of labor, medical interventions including cesarean, comfort measures, breathing, relaxation skills, and what to expect postpartum. Class size is limited and there is time for questions and practice.
This class is recommended for expectant parents in the third trimester of pregnancy.
Please bring a pillow, a towel or blanket, and lotion with you to class.
Masks will be required for class, and we will be meeting in a large room so that we can practice social distancing. COVID-19 Vaccination is encouraged.

Classes are held in the education center, which is located on the lobby floor behind the cafeteria.
After entering through the Main Entrance, take the elevator/stairs to the main lobby. Follow signs to the cafeteria, and head left down the hallway past the cafeteria. Education rooms will be at the end of the hallway and around the corner to the right.
