Online Prepared Childbirth
Our online childbirth class, which includes one on-site session with a Prepared Childbirth Instructor, is ideal for those expectant parents who can’t attend all of the traditional on-site childbirth classes due to work schedules, time constraints, or medical conditions.
The eight-chapter program is an interactive, web-based class that uses videos, personal birth stories, animations, activities, and games to teach all the essential information parents need to know to prepare for their birth. Mom and partner should plan on reviewing at least 4-5 chapters of the web-based materials prior to the on-site session.
The one on-site session with a Prepared Childbirth Instructor offers hands-on experience and the opportunity to ask all the questions parents may have, including what to expect when having your baby at NC Women’s Hospital.
Our hybrid childbirth eClass will help you:
Understand pregnancy – what’s happening to your body, discomforts, warning signs, nutrition, exercise, and more
