A primer for becoming more adept at records management.


Details

This is an entry level workshop on numerous aspects of records management at Queen’s.

Topics include, records management fundamentals, email management, scanning records, effective digital record storage, and transfer and destruction of records. We seek to answer all of your questions about managing records, even those questions you didn’t yet know you had, such as: What is a record? When can I delete emails? If I scan records, can I shred the originals? Can my office put all of our files in the cloud?
