The ARC and HR are partnering to offer free fitness classes for the next 12 weeks, starting the week of January 11th, 2021. Find a space at home, get out your mat, and join your colleagues on Zoom for 45 minutes of yoga, pilates or cardio (see the weekly schedule below)
Mondays* – 12:05-12:50pm – Mat Pilates with Maria
Tuesdays – 12:05-12:50pm – Gentle Yoga with Karina
Wednesdays - 12:05-12:50pm - Essentrics with Gloria
Thursdays – 12:05-12:50pm – Yoga 4 Relaxation with Kirsteen
Fridays** - 12:05-12:50pm - Triple Threat Cardio with Jackie
Saturdays - 11:30am- 12:30pm - Pilo HIIT with Lora

You must register with your Queen's ID one time to gain access to all classes; your confirmation email will include instructions for creating a Zoom account and joining the classes.

PiloHIIT combines boxing intervals with plyometrics and finishes with an intense Pilates core segment that is guaranteed to fire up your metabolism and keep you fat burning for hours after your workout has ended! So get ready to take things up a notch in PiloHIIT!
