ONLINE Fall Fitness Classes - free for Queen's employees!

Take a break and stay fit during these challenging times.


The ARC and HR are partnering to offer free fitness classes for 12 weeks, starting the week of September 20th, 2021. Find a space at home, get out your mat, and join your colleagues on Zoom for 45 minutes of yoga, pilates or cardio (see the weekly schedule below)


Mondays* – 12:00-12:45pm – Mat Pilates with Maria

Tuesdays – 12:00-12:45pm – Gentle Yoga with Karina

Tuesdays** - 5:00-5:45pm - Intermediate Power Pilates with Gloria

Wednesdays - 12:00-12:45pm - Essentrics with Gloria

Thursdays – 12:00-12:45pm – Relax and Restore with Kirsteen

Fridays - 12:00-12:45pm - Strength Yoga with Alexis

Saturdays - 11:00-11:45am - Pilo HIIT with Lora


*No Classes on Monday, October 11th (Thanksgiving Day)


You must register with your Queen's ID one time to gain access to all classes; your confirmation email will include instructions for creating a Zoom account and for joining the classes.
