What the research tells us about happiness and well-being.
Positive Psychology, as a modern-day research discipline, has been around for just over 20 years. It is the study of what makes life worth living, and how we can thrive and flourish. This 4-part series (45 minutes each) will share recent findings and we will discuss how to apply these insights for you and how you can have more well-being, even during a pandemic.
Session 1 – Positive Psychology overview and Vitality / Health
Session 2 – Positive Emotions and Engagement / Flow
Session 3 – Positive Relationships and Meaning
Session 4 – Positive Accomplishments and Planning / Next Steps
Please note – you do not need to attend all 4 sessions as each session is created as a stand-alone class. However, attending all 4 sessions will give you the full information and complete framework.
