How’s your sleep? Like many people, you may have noticed changes to your sleep patterns over the last few weeks. Join the online session with Dr. Judith Davidson (Queen’s Psychology), sleep expert, to find out how to sleep as well as possible during these stressful times.
It's not unusual to have some sleep difficulty during times of uncertainty and change, like during this pandemic. Dr. Judith Davidson, clinical psychologist and sleep expert, will provide some tips on getting the best sleep you can under the circumstances. She will cover ways to prevent a bout of poor sleep from turning into chronic insomnia, and how even long-standing insomnia can be reversed. Get your sleep questions ready!
