Course Description: Quality related to a service environment will be defined including an understanding of the customer's, the employer's and your personal standards. Properly starting the advising process, writing a quality repair order, presenting a quality sales presentation, finishing the process, following up and checking customer satisfaction.
Program Cancellation Policy:Cancellations must be received 48 hours prior to the start date and time of the program to receive a full refund. No refund for the program or individual courses will be awarded after this time.
Course Cancellation Policy:Cancellations must be received 24 hours prior to the class start date and time for a full refund. No refunds will be given on late cancellations or the day of the class.
