This class will teach trades technicians the skills necessary for the fine art of customer service. The soft skills and their importance will be taught through real case studies. The students will be engaged through discussion and interaction by using proven standards and practice tips. This class will also help field technicians advance in their careers and differentiate themselves from others.
Program Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be received 48 hours prior to the start date and time of the program to receive a full refund. No refund for the program or individual courses will be awarded after this time.
Course Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be received 24 hours prior to the class start date and time for a full refund. No refunds will be given on late cancellations or the day of the class.
