Mental Health First Aid is a course that teaches you how to identify, understand, and respond to signs of mental illnesses and substance use disorders. The training gives you the skills you need to reach out and provide initial help and support to someone who may be developing a mental health or substance use problem or experiencing a crisis. Choose 1 of 8 dates (August 2, 3, 4, 9, 11, 15, 16 or 17). Depending on the date, participants will attend virtually or in person at CCRESA. There is no cost for this event and lunch will be provided for the in-person sessions. SCECHs and Social Worker CEUs are pending approval. See flyer for additional details.
