Claude Drouet, LCSW

Claude Drouet has been a practicing Social Worker for 40 years. Mr. Drouet is currently in the private practice of clinical social work with a focus on Health Professionals' mental health concerns. His overall work experience has included work with Seven Counties Services, the Wayne Corporation, Baptist Hospital Behavioral Health, The Morton Center, and the Kentucky Mental Health Association. Drouet is also a part-time instructor with the Kent School of Social Work where he provides CEU presentations as part of Kent's outreach to MSW professionals.

Drouet holds a Master of Science in Social Work from the University of Louisville (1982), a Master of Divinity and Church-Related Social Work from the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary (1981), and a Bachelor of Arts from Louisiana State University with an emphasis in European history (1975).


Workshop Description

The 6 hour interactive course meets the KY state requirements to act as a supervisor of record. Concepts covered include: supervision objectives, supervision models, supervisory contracts, parallel process, clinical supervision records, transference/counter transference, and phases of the supervision process. The Theoretical Foundations for Clinical Supervision, Practice Modalities, Techniques, and Approaches to Clinical Supervision will be reviewed. Also the Kentucky Rules & Ethics for Clinical Supervision Practice, and methods of evaluating Clinical Supervision will be covered.

Registration for this workshop is for webinar access during the scheduled time. You will be able to log in and participate in workshop in real time. Cameras are required to be on for the duration of the training. Electronic Signature will be required at various time for attendance verification. All check ins are required in order to receive full CEU credit.
