Refresher is for staff who have maintained their certification after attending an Initial or Refresher training.

Michelle Budz is a new member to the Instructional Support Team at CASE.  She holds an LBS1 degree as well as a MA in Advanced Special Education. She started her career in district 93 as a Middle School Self-Contained Structured Teacher.  After 8 years she became a member of CASE still working as a Self- Contained Teacher, but in district 89. After 15 years of teaching she decided to make the switch to the IST team in order to use her years of teaching experience to coach teachers and teams dealing with the most challenging students.  Michelle believes building positive relationships with the student and team is the key to successful problem solving. Though out of the classroom her passion remains with the children.
