This is an entry/mid-level workshop. This session will wrap up important information regarding special education data, claims and systems management. Participants will have an opportunity to engage in a Question and Answer session. The concepts of MOE and Excess cost reporting will also be introduced (this portion of the workshop is designed for administrators) .


Jennifer Volpe

Jennifer Volpe has been a Special Education administrator for over 15 years, including working at a special education cooperative and several school districts.  In her role as Executive Director of Special Education for one of the largest districts in Illinois, she led a team that managed grants, data and claims for over 2,500 students with disabilities.

Free of charge for CASE member districts and staff (Districts 15, 16, 41, 44, 87, 89, 93).
$100 for the training for all other registrants. Materials are included unless otherwise noted.


About Us

The Cooperative Association for Special Education (CASE) is a joint agreement between Marquardt School District 15, Queen Bee School District 16, Glen Ellyn School District 41, Lombard Elementary School District 44, Glenbard Township High School District 87, Community Consolidated School District 89 and Community Consolidated School District 93 in DuPage County. CASE provides varied supports so that each member district can offer a complete range of services to students with special needs between the ages of 3 and 22 years.
