Maya Raab joins CASE as Assistant Director for the 2021-22 school year. She leads the Specialized Academic Teacher Learning Teams, the Instructional Support / BCBA Teams, and Director Teams for the member districts. She also manages professional development initiatives offered through CASE. Maya comes to CASE with ten years of service to students and families with special education needs. Previously Maya served as a Special Education Teacher at the high school level, Special Education Coordinator for Early Childhood through Grade 5, and Assistant Director of Special Education for East Aurora District 131. Maya holds a M.A. in Education from Northern Illinois University and a second M.A. in Educational Leadership from North Central College.
Free of charge for CASE member districts and staff (Districts 15, 16, 41, 44, 87, 89, 93).
$100 for the training for all other registrants. Materials are included unless otherwise noted.
The Cooperative Association for Special Education (CASE) is a joint agreement between Marquardt School District 15, Queen Bee School District 16, Glen Ellyn School District 41, Lombard Elementary School District 44, Glenbard Township High School District 87, Community Consolidated School District 89 and Community Consolidated School District 93 in DuPage County. CASE provides varied supports so that each member district can offer a complete range of services to students with special needs between the ages of 3 and 22 years.
